Meetings:
Meetings are generally on the second Monday of every month at 9.15 am in the Baptist Chapel Meeting Rooms, Paignton Road, Stoke Gabriel. Details are available in Stoke Gabriel News.
Everyone is most welcome to raise any items relating to the Parish Plan.
There is disabled access via a stair lift, but we understand that both the venue and the time will not suit everyone. We are looking at alternatives and we're always happy to answer queries or visit those who can't attend.
We are also happy to provide paper copies of any information for those who cannot access a computer.
The next meeting will be arranged as soon as current Coronavirus restrictions are lifted.
Invitation to Stoke Gabriel Parish Council 9.10.19
Dear Karen,
The Stoke Gabriel Parish Plan Group would like to invite councillors to attend our meetings and see what we are doing.
The SGPPG formed to support initiatives to fulfil the Action Plan in our 2008 Parish Plan. Although the PP is over 10 years old, it is still very relevant as the most recent fully comprehensive public consultation relating to widespread concerns for our parish.
We hold informal meetings every 2nd Monday of the month for anyone to drop in and raise any issues relating to the Parish Plan.
We also undertake work to support our Neighbourhood Plan.
Meetings are held monthly (except Aug. and Dec.) at the Baptist Chapel Meeting Rooms at 9.15 a.m. for about an hour. They are advertised in the Parish Magazine and on our website https://sgparishplan.weebly.com
On behalf of the group I would like to extend a warm welcome to both councillors and members of the public.
Rebecca Garner
